Ex Nigeria Flying Eagles winger, Aliyu Ibrahim grabbed his 4th goal of the current MLS season in Houston Dynamo 2-1 away defeat at Chicago Fire on MLS match day 8.
The young Nigerian striker made his 6th start this season under Ben Olsen and scored for Houston Dynamo in the 65th minute when he cancelled out Xherdan Shaqiri opener for Chicago Fire.
Aliyu benefited from a costly mistake by Chicago Fire defender who erroneously passed the ball to the young pacey Nigerian forward who wasted no time in converting.
Throughout the match against Chicago Fire, Ibrahim presence was felt on the field by his teammates. His movement off the ball, combined with his sharp awareness in the box posed constant threats to Chicago Fire defense so it was no surprise when he capitalized on a scoring opportunity and slotted home the crucial equalizer for Dynamo.
