The Houston Dynamo is gearing up to take on LAFC in what promises to be a thrilling MLS encounter on June 10th, 2023, at the Shell Energy Stadium in Houston, Texas.

The Dynamo come into the match on the back of a 4-1 away win against Chicago Fire in the last eight of the US (United States) Open Cup and will be looking to carry that momentum into this crucial league fixture. Manager Ben Olsen will field a formidable team to secure a win and climb up the Western Conference standings.

LAFC, on the other hand, are coming from a 1-0 home defeat to Club Leon in the CONCACAF Champions League finals which they lost to the Liga MX club and would want to bounce back with a win.

Manager Steve Cherundolo and his players would want to banish the CCL heartbreak to refocus on league matches and can replicate their impressive performances from earlier in the season and secure a vital three points on the road.

The Dynamo have been in good form recently at home, winning five of their last six home MLS matches, and will be looking to build on their recent success. However, they will need to be wary of LAFC's dangerous attack, which includes the likes of Carlos Vela and Denis Bounaga who have both been in good form this season.

The match promises to be an exciting encounter, with both teams possessing attacking quality and a desire to win. Fans can expect an intense battle between two evenly matched sides, with both teams striving for victory.

Overall, this match is set to have significant implications on the playoff picture, Houston is 10th in the western conference, 18 points from 15 games and the outcome could have a major impact on the Western Conference standings. Fans of both teams will be eagerly anticipating this match, and it promises to be a great spectacle for all MLS fans.
